Product Returns
You have the right to return the products you buy, free of charge and without having to inform us the reason why you want the products returned, within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive them. In this case, only the direct cost of returning the products is borne by you.
Please note that returns are only accepted if:
- Contact Customer Service (email or phone)
- The product has not been worn further in the test
- The special card of the company as well as the labels of the product have not been removed or damaged in any way
- All product accessories such as box, warranty, operating manuals and proof of purchase are returned, as all of the above are part of the product
- If the product is accompanied by a gift, it must be returned with the product
- Send us the products by courier: ACS courrier
Please make sure the packaging of the shipment is secure so as not to cause any damage during transport. We inform you that the company is not responsible in case of loss or destruction of the product during the transfer of the return. In case of return of the products, your refund will be completed within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products. We inform you that the company is not responsible for any damage and wear of the products after their use and in no case is obliged to replace.
